Quick Goal Progress Bar Not creating Text Source Scenes

I am trying to get Quick Goal Progress Bar setup. OBS 30.2.3
When I run the !createfollowgoal or !createsubgoal, the [CS] scenes are create. But, the [TS] scenes do not get created. Has anyone run into this?

sometimes you need to try the command multiple times , all my stuff need update … sorry for the (very) late answer .
